In 2021, Northampton. I was finishing my MBA, approaching my 32nd birthday, and felt like I was running out of time. Everyone around me was taking what they could get, warehouse jobs, care shifts, survival work. And while I respect every hustle, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was built for something different.

No 9-5 experience. No savings. Just a head full of business ideas and a heart full of doubt.

So I buried myself in learning. I watched over 2,000 hours of YouTube videos. I went to networking events. I found people who thought bigger. I studied.

Then I took the leap. Partnered with someone I met at an event. Secured two properties. Then lost £25,000 on one of them, crippled with debt because I skipped the fundamentals. We moved too fast. We didn’t know better.

But I didn’t give up. Because the pain of staying stuck felt worse than the risk of trying again.

Now I manage several units, providing homes to families who need them most, and run a business that funds my life, without owning a single brick.
